About the role

CASWA Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Part‑time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA. In this vital role you will oversee the day‑to‑day office operations and manage the company’s financial records and bookkeeping.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee all office administration tasks, including ordering supplies and managing order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
  • Prepare and submit BAS statements and liaise with the company’s external accountant.
  • Provide support to management with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar office management/bookkeeping role.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong writing skills and experience documenting procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of Xero.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
