As the business continues to expand nationally, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support our growing logistics team.

Position Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the management and logistics teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across departments in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Support the logistics and operations teams with scheduling, client communication, and data entry.
  • Manage supplier accounts, purchase orders, and basic financial record keeping
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including WHS documentation and contractor records.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for office and operations staff.
  • Assist management with reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and service excellence across all administrative and logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of work experience, including experience in team management.

Working Conditions
