Job summary

White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join our Sydney HQ team. Based in Rosebery, you will support day-to-day operations, stock coordination, showroom assistance, and general office tasks.

You’ll work across teams, manage stock and records, coordinate deliveries between warehouse and HQ, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
• Great attention to detail and strong communication.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on, varied role supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support.
