Job summary

Qantas is seeking an Offensive Cyber Security Manager to lead the program across the Group, reporting to the Senior Manager of Group Offensive Cyber Security. You’ll own methodology, drive penetration testing and red teaming initiatives, and deliver security outcomes across the Qantas Group in a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne office.

The role requires 5+ years in offensive cyber security, a relevant degree, industry certs (OSCP/GPEN/GXPN), and strong communication with technical and executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in offensive cyber security roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• One relevant industry certification (OSCP, GPEN, GXPN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and deliver Offensive Cyber Security initiatives across the Qantas Group.
• Execute penetration testing and red teaming programs.
• Collaborate with staff and executives to communicate risk and mitigation.
