Job summary

NeuroRehab Allied Health Network is seeking a senior Occupational Therapist with a passion for paediatrics to deliver innovative, person-centred therapy across clinics, homes and the community. You will lead OT assessments, implement home modifications and assistive technology plans while mentoring junior clinicians and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible hours (3+ days/week minimum), a supportive culture and opportunities to grow clinical leadership within NSW

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• 3+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Experience working within an NDIS framework.
• Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen required.
• Driver's Licence.
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OT assessments, interventions, education and reports.
• Prescribe and apply for assistive technology.
• Build expertise in home modifications.
• Support clients to achieve meaningful, long-term goals.
• Collaborate with a close-knit multidisciplinary team.
• Think creatively and tailor therapy to each client.
• Mentor and supervise junior clinicians.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, confident Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference for people living with neurological conditions.

You’ll support clients living with conditions including:

• Stroke
• Spinal cord injury
• Traumatic brain injury
• Multiple sclerosis (MS)
• Motor neurone disease (MND)
• Parkinson’s disease (PD)
• Cerebral palsy
• Intellectual disability
• Other neurological conditions

What You’ll Do

Requirements
