Qualifications

• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence.
• Work under aged care funding programs focusing on reablement.
