Star HR on behalf of a Rehabilitation Consultant role in Brisbane invites experienced Occupational Therapists to join a collaborative team. The Senior position offers a generous remuneration package up to $110,000 Base + Super, with strong support from leadership and a diverse caseload.

You will develop and run workplace wellness and return-to-work projects, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to growth and quality outcomes within a friendly, supportive environment.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant (or Senior), you will play a pivotal role in:

• Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments, including ADLs, and providing return-to-work case management.
• Rolling out of a range of unique projects within government worksites such as wellness at work, injury prevention, early intervention and more
• Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
• Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
• Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
• Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more

Requirements:

• Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration and Australian working rights.
• Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
