Cross Care Group is seeking new graduate Occupational Therapists and OTs with 1–2 years’ experience to join our Allied Health team across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. You’ll deliver community-based occupational therapy, support everyday activities and help clients live more independently at home and in their communities.
You’ll receive structured induction, clinical guidance, and a $2,000 annual CPD allowance.

Salary package: $80,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation, based on experience, with a $2,000 annual CPD allowance, company laptop and phone, and reimbursement for approved work-related travel.

Cross Care Group is welcoming new graduate Occupational Therapists and OTs with 1–2 years’ experience to our Allied Health team.
You’ll help people build independence, participate in everyday activities and live more safely at home and in their communities. Along the way, you’ll develop your clinical reasoning, assessment and therapy skills with practical guidance, clear workflows and a supported caseload build-up.
For new graduates, the focus is on building strong foundations: understanding the person’s goals, completing assessments, planning therapy and developing clear, useful reports.
For OTs with 1–2 years’ experience, the role offers opportunities to strengthen your judgement, broaden your skills and take on increasing responsibility with support appropriate to your experience.
You’ll provide community-based occupational therapy across Brisbane and/or the Gold Coast, working with clients, families, carers and other professionals.
