About the Role
  • Conduct customer assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
  • Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximize independence and well‑being
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities
  • Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home
  • Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology‑enabled care
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration or pending
  • Passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence‑based services
  • Genuine interest in aged care and a passion for helping older adults live well
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
  • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and feedback
  • Proactive approach to service and professional development
  • Current driver's license and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle
  • Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old
  • Regular supervision and mentoring
