Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to provide nature-based outdoor therapy for paediatric clients, including NDIS and private cases. The role emphasizes outdoor space, nature play, and community engagement.

You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based therapy, participate in weekly meetings, and access a $1500 PD budget. Flexible hours and a nine-day fortnight support work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Drivers license and own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Work with paediatric NDIS and Private clients using outdoor therapy space.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans and deliver evidence-based nature play therapy.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage in external Professional Development.
• Create and deliver nature play programs (e.g. School Holidays) for children.
• Collaborate with team and families to build long-term therapy goals.

• Low Billable hours; 4.5 Billable hours per day

Your Role:

• Working with a range of Paediatric NDIS and Private clientele using the outdoors as your therapy space
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans and administer research based therapy that incorporates nature play
• Engage in weekly team meetings where you can upskill your knowledge through collaborative learning sessions
• Undertake external Professional Development in areas that interest you and share your knowledge with the team
• Create and deliver a nature play "School Holidays" program for children such as canoeing, bush walking, gardening
