Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking new OT graduates to begin their careers in a supportive, mentored graduate program across Sydney, designed to help you develop clinical reasoning and practical experience. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values growth and celebrates progress, with opportunities across various locations.

You’ll work in community or clinic settings, receive structured onboarding, supervision and access to experienced clinicians, plus flexible work options

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Curious and compassionate approach to learning and helping others.
• Desire to grow within a supportive graduate program.
