The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart team (part time 4 days a week), where you'll empower clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care.

You'll work across a variety of programs including HCP & CHSP as well as PHI and privately funded patients.

New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus.

Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care. Comfortable working independently and travelling across Hobart (vehicle required; travel reimbursement provided).

What You'll Do

• Provide client-centred services such as home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
• Support client’s post-hospital discharge to enhance safety and reduce the risk of readmission.
• Develop and run group and individual programs for residential aged care clients.
• Prepare clear, practical reports that directly support care delivery—without the burden of traditional bureaucratic documentation.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered (Full or Limited – Remote Level).
• New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus.
