Ability Action Australia is offering a 2027 Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists, designed for new graduates ready to learn in a supportive, mentored environment.

You will be supported by weekly supervision, a buddy, and a team that values growth, structure, independence and making a real difference in participants’ lives. Work from office, home or your preferred setting with strong career development.

• AHPRA registration or eligibility to register as an OT.
• Interest in growth, flexibility and support for grads.

Job Description

You will learn a whole lot, not just clinical skills but business skills, people skills and all the intangible things that can take you from good to great. Some of the things you will do in this role Include;

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals
