Starting your first role as an Occupational Therapist is a big transition. Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to give you the structure, clinical support and practical experience to build confidence gradually rather than expecting you to know everything from day one.
Your graduate journey begins with structured onboarding and caseload ramp-up, giving you time to learn our systems, understand the NDIS environment, develop your clinical skills and gradually transition into independent practice.
Your graduate year will help you build both the clinical and practical skills needed to work confidently within community and disability practice.
You'll support participants across home, school, clinic and community environments, delivering strengths-based, person-centred Occupational Therapy.
As your confidence and capability develop, you'll gradually take greater ownership of your caseload while continuing to have access to supervision, mentoring and clinical support.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We're looking for graduates who are curious, willing to learn and passionate about building their skills while making a meaningful difference.
If you're looking for a graduate role where you'll be supported as you transition from university into practice, we'd love to hear from you.
