Job summary

Ability Action Australia is launching a 2027 Graduate Occupational Therapy program designed for new graduates. You’ll receive mentorship, 1:1 supervision, and real hands-on client work in community or clinic settings, with ongoing professional development and a supportive team.

The program offers a clear pathway to independent practice, flexible work arrangements, generous salary (A$89,600 with super), travel reimbursement, and a buddy system to help you thrive as you start your OT career.
