Ability Action Australia invites 2026 OT graduates to join a structured graduate program across Perth, where you’ll be supported, mentored and valued.

You’ll develop confidence and clinical reasoning through ongoing supervision, a buddy system, and NDIS reporting support.

The role offers a guaranteed salary of 86,800 AUD including super, travel reimbursement, a 1,500 AUD annual PD allowance, and flexible working options with laptop, smartphone and toolkit provided.

Qualifications

• Graduating OT students or new graduates with Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and supervision
