Connect2Care invites applications for an Occupational Therapist to join a community-based, mobile team across the South East of Perth and all C2C service locations around Australia.

The role blends community visits, telehealth and centre-based care with flexibility to work from home or hubs when not with clients. New grads are welcome; salary is banding $79,499 to $96,400 plus super, with a supportive graduate program and strong PD opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check.
• Driver’s license + reliable vehicle.
• Professional indemnity & public liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults).
• Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes.
• Provide AT assessments and recommendations.
• Write clear, timely reports.
• Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets.
• Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development.

Location: All C2C Service locations around Australia

Salary: Banding $79,499 to $96,400 + Super

Occupations: Positions available for Occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists

About the Role

As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
• Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
• Provide AT assessments and recommendations
• Write clear, timely reports
• Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
• Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development

New Graduate Program
