Job summary

Humanity Health Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to build independence and participate in daily activities.

New graduates, early-career clinicians and experienced therapists are welcome. This full-time role offers a salary of A$95,000–A$130,000 plus super, with structured supervision, CPD opportunities and a collaborative multidisciplinary team within our national organisation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments to identify clients’ functional abilities, support needs and goals.
• Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised therapy plans.
• Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Supporting clients to develop daily living skills and improve independence, function and participation.
• Assessing and recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications where appropriate.
• Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Managing appointments and travelling to clients across the Sydney metropolitan area.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with NDIS, professional and organisational requirements.
