Job summary

Compass Rehab in Hervey Bay is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. You will provide OT services across NDIS, aged care and private clients, including ADL assessments, equipment prescription, minor home modifications, and reporting.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, professional development, and an MDT environment with allied health colleagues. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) is required.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Adaptability to changing environments and caseloads is essential.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to NDIs, aged care and private patients.
• Perform ADL assessments, equipment prescription and minor home modifications.
• Complete NDIS reporting and ongoing therapies for diverse conditions.
• Contribute to developing OT processes within the organisation.
