Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is assisting a progressive clinic near Brookwater, Queensland, to recruit an Occupational Therapist to join a high-retention team with mentoring and strong professional development.

You will manage a mixed caseload of NDIs and private clients with hands-on support, flexible hours (FT or PT 3+ days), and access to a $3,000 CPD budget, salary packaging worth $15,000, and dedicated admin support to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Drivers licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed-age caseload of NDIS and private clients in both clinic and community settings.
• Provide therapy in areas such as ADLs, equipment prescription, neurodiversity, and mental health.
• Community visits are local to your home and supported with a company vehicle.
• Collaborate with other disciplines through joint sessions and team meetings.
• Access support from Allied Health Assistants for both therapy and admin tasks.
