Western District Health Service is seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health team in Hamilton, Victoria. We are recruiting for Grade 1 and Grade 2 OT positions and open to both full-time and part-time arrangements to suit you.

Roles cover hospital inpatients, ambulatory care, community programs and aged care, offering variety, professional growth and meaningful work daily. New grads receive structured supervision and mentoring to build confidence and clinical

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration).
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated Occupational Therapy experience (Grade 2).
• Current Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions across diverse clinical areas.
• Work across acute, aged care, inpatient and community settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams and community services.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities and documentation.
• Supervise, mentor and support Grade 1 OT and Allied Health Assistants; contribute to service development.
