Job summary
NT Health in Darwin is seeking a Professional 2 Occupational Therapist to deliver high quality, culturally appropriate and effective services within the Community Frailty Service. You will assess, plan and provide therapy aimed at maintaining independence and safety for older adults in the community.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams, families and carers to support rehabilitation goals, discharge planning and ongoing support, with a remuneration package ranging from 113,101 to 134,507
