About the Role

We’re seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join CARED as independent contractors.

You’ll have clinical skills across a range of areas, including NDIS and support a diverse caseload, including:

  • Assessments
  • Ongoing therapeutic intervention
  • Participants with progressive neurological conditions (e.g., MS, Parkinson’s)
  • Paediatric and adult clients across different life stages
  • Neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD)
  • Participants with psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities

About You

You have:

  • Previous telehealth experience (required)
  • Previous experience with NDIS participants (required)
  • AHPRA registration (3+ years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • ABN + PI/PL insurance
  • Flexibility to work from any location in Australia
  • Willingness to travel and provide face‑to‑face consults
  • Strong clinical skills aligned with NDIS practice areas
  • Private professional workspace, computer with camera & mic, and reliable internet
