Brighter Beginnings is an innovative partnership between NSW Health and the NSW Department of Education, delivering health and developmental screening, assessment and early intervention services to preschool-aged children across Western Sydney.
Based at Blacktown and Merrylands Community Health Centres, you'll join a passionate multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for children and families during the most important years of development. This role offers the opportunity to work directly within early childhood education settings while building strong partnerships across health, education and community sectors.
As the Brighter Beginnings Occupational Therapist, you will provide screening, assessment, therapy and intervention services for preschool children experiencing developmental, neurological and motor challenges. You will play a key role in supporting children to achieve their developmental potential through innovative and family-centred care.
Qualification: In accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award
Registration: Must hold general registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
