Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in New South Wales is seeking Occupational Therapists to join a supportive team with a strong NDIS focus and a diverse caseload across adult, paediatric, assessment and therapy services.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, access weekly mentoring, structured supervision and extensive learning resources, and explore structured pathways into senior clinical, leadership and specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or currently completing final year.
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Develop a varied caseload across adult, paediatric, assessment and therapy services.
• Perform NDIS Functional Assessments, ADL assessments and support recommendations.
• Conduct Assistive Technology Assessments and Equipment prescriptions.
• Provide Housing & Complex Supports assessments and environment modifications.
• Deliver therapy services including fine/gross motor, sensory interventions and programs.
• Engage in complex clinical work and school/community-based support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

About You

We're looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

You Will Have
