MET Phys in Highfields, Queensland is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver assessment and therapy services in clinic or home settings.

You will build relationships with clients, families and professionals, conduct assessments, develop plans, and lead group programs.

Applicants must be APHRA-registered with OT degree, CPR, Blue Card; valid driver’s license; eagerness to work independently.

Qualifications

• Accreditation through AHPRA and OT degree required.
• Experience with ASD and other disabilities desirable.
• CPR and first aid certification current.
• Blue card (working with children check) required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop therapy plans
• Establish and maintain professional relationships
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic or home
• Lead group programs for clients of various ages
• Prepare reports and letters in line with policies
• Communicate with clients and general practitioners
• Travel between locations with a valid driver's license
• Work independently while maintaining company standards
• Assess client progress over time
• Deliver therapy services to diverse clientele
