Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Perth team in Residential Aged Care. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based mobility and functional programs tailored to resident goals, with a focus on improving daily living activities and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for eligibility.
• Current AHPRA registration required to practise as an Occupational Therapist.
• Australian working rights are mandatory.
• Willing to obtain NDIS screening and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management and pain management.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and aged care facilities, working within the OT scope of practice.
