Job summary

Stream Healthcare in Brisbane is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver quality therapies across aged care and community settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work across My Aged Care and NDIS funding streams to support older adults and adults with complex needs.

You hold an OT degree (Bachelor or Master), have unrestricted AHPRA registration, NDIS screening and Police Check, and full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration, NDIS screening and Police Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience supporting SAH and NDIS with moderate to high complexity needs (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Work across My Aged Care and NDIS funding streams
• Deliver quality therapies across South and Central Brisbane to Aged and Adult clients
• Work across various Residential Aged Care Facilities and within the community
• Collaborate within a close-knit multi-disciplinary team
• Complete all necessary documentation within a timely manner
