Job summary

MediRecruit is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a well‑established national allied health group in Shepparton, VIC. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting NDIS, aged care, veterans' affairs and private services.

482 visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include functional assessments, clinic/home/community therapy delivery, assistive technology recommendations and comprehensive documentation, with a broad regional caseload and clear

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration or eligible to obtain.
• Experience in NDIS, aged care or community settings (preferred); new graduates may also be considered.
• Current driver's licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or willing to obtain.
• Australian working rights, or eligible for 482 visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services in clinic, home and community settings
• Support NDIS participants with capacity building, daily living skills and goal-based interventions
• Provide assessment and recommendations for assistive technology, equipment and home modifications
• Work with aged care clients to support independence, safety and quality of life
• Write clear, timely reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
