Job summary

Concentric in Revesby NSW is seeking a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist. The hybrid role spans clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and clients to achieve meaningful goals and build independence.

You'll be mentored by experienced OTs, develop your clinical reasoning, manage your own caseload with support, and access onboarding that sets you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) required.
  • Eligible for or current AHPRA registration.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
  • Assess clients and build independence with families through coaching.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team across clinic and community settings.
  • Manage your own caseload with mentorship and supervision.

Our Revesby team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.

Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.

This isn't a role where every day looks the same. You'll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.
