Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Penrith clinic, delivering paediatric assessments and therapy to children and their families across NSW. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide engaging, evidence-based care and support families in the community.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities.
• Willingness to obtain compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to paediatric clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide family-based and community-based support to children and families.
• Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education and advocacy.
• Continuously evaluate and refine practice for best-practice service delivery.

What you’ll do at our Penrith clinic

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload.
• Provide direct, family-based, and community-based support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
• Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy.
• Continuously evaluate and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery.

What you’ll bring

You’re an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who brings energy, empathy, and creativity to your work. You have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• A genuine passion for making therapy engaging, meaningful, and fun
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities
• Current compliance checks (or willingness to obtain them)
