Job summary

Ability Action Australia is expanding its occupational therapy team in the Brisbane area, offering full-time or part-time roles to support NDIS participants across community and home settings.

You will manage varied caseloads, assess function, set goals, recommend assistive tech, and collaborate with a clinical supervisor to deliver tailored therapy while enjoying flexibility and in-office or remote support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
• Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
• Developing evidence‑based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
• Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
• Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
• Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best‑practice standards

Your Role

As part of our multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
