Job summary

NurtureCare is a paediatric allied health clinic in Kingswood, NSW, seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Roles include clinic-based or hybrid caseloads with full-time, part-time or casual arrangements, especially welcoming new graduates.

You’ll conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy for ages 2–16, collaborate with families, schools and other professionals, and benefit from mentoring, regular supervision and CPD support in a

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are expected.
• Candidates should have a positive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write clear, professional reports.
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy to kids aged 2 to 16.
• Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals to support holistic care.
• Write session notes, track progress towards goals and share feedback and home strategies with caregivers.
