Job summary

Back2You Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing OT team on the Gold Coast. We deliver mobile OT and physiotherapy to teens and adults with complex neurological conditions, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and supportive leadership.

Qualified candidates will be registered with AHPRA and have experience with NDIS, demonstrating empathy, independence, and collaborative spirit within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Police Check completed.
• Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile Occupational Therapy services to teens and adults with complex neurological conditions.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Maintain high-quality care and clear communication with participants and carers.

Back2You Therapy provides Mobile Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services primarily to teens and adults living with complex neurological conditions.
