BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Brunswick is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support older Australians at home in the Northern Suburbs (Brunswick, Coburg, Fawkner). You will conduct assessments and deliver programs focused on reablement to help clients live independently at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.

• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the Northern Suburbs - Brunswick, Coburg and Fawkner.

You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.
