Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated’s Aberfoyle Park Residential Services is looking for an engaged Allied Health Professional – Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join on a permanent part-time basis, 7 shifts every fortnight from 9am to 5pm.

You will support older people to gain or retain wellness goals, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of trust and respect in aged care. AHPRA registration and aged care experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Permanent part-time role with 7 shifts a fortnight (9am-5pm).
• Comprehensive Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy knowledge for age-related issues.
• Empathetic and committed to older people's needs.
• Inclusive, collaborative leadership with clarity and empathy.
• Work well in a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
• IT savvy with AHPRA registration.
• Aged Care experience preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in the role.

The Allied Health team at Aberfoyle Park Residential Services are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Allied Health Professional - Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join the Resthaven family on a permanent part-time basis working 7 days a fortnight.

To be successful in your application:

• Be available to work permanent part-time 7 shifts a fortnight (9am - 5pm)
• You have comprehensive Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy knowledge, particularly to age-related issues, and experience working with contemporary practices in an aged care environment
• You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
• An inclusive, collaborative and supportive Leader with the ability to engage at all levels with clarity and empathy
• The ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care outcomes
• IT savvy with AHPRA registration
• Aged Care Experience is preferred
• You have at least 6 months experience working in the role
