Job summary

ForHealth in Wyoming, NSW, is seeking a passionate Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist to join our Occupational Health team on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality occupational health services, support injury prevention initiatives, and liaise with clients, workers, and clinicians.

You will work across pre-employment assessments, functional capacity testing, and clinical administration, travelling to client sites as required to promote safe work practices and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health and pre-employment medical assessments.
• Complete functional capacity assessments.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry, and ECG assessments.
• Support workplace injury prevention and health promotion initiatives.
• Coordinate GP correspondence and medical follow-up activities.
• Arrange medical appointments and liaise with injured workers and stakeholders.
• Review assessment outcomes and prepare accurate reports for clients.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Promote safe work practices and report hazards and incidents in a timely manner.
