Job summary

Central Gippsland Health (CGH) invites enrolled third-year nursing students to join its team in Gippsland – Wellington. The position offers part-time, fixed-term employment to support academic nursing education while you gain hands-on experience alongside a multidisciplinary team.

You will work AM/PM and possibly night shifts across a rotating roster, with access to leading-edge education and training, salary packaging, EAP, and staff parking. Applications close 19 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 3rd year of Bachelor of Nursing or related double degree with Nursing component.
• Student registration with NMBA via AHPRA and ability to provide a transcript.
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse people including patients and staff.
• Caring, pro-active and willing to learn and develop clinical skills.
• Flexible across AM, PM and night shifts on a rotating roster.
