Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Assistant Director or Assistant Director of Nursing - Reliability in Toowoomba to lead quality, safety and reliability initiatives across the region. You will shape governance systems, guide improvement projects and support teams to deliver safer, higher-quality care for communities.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience leading clinical governance, quality, safety, risk or improvement programs within healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear direction.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
