Baby Bunting is Australia’s largest nursery speciality retailer, located near Orana Mall with easy bus access and parking. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and help new and expectant parents choose the right products, while working a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

We’re seeking a proactive, approachable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a genuine passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with new and expectant parents, provide personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits to aid informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and store presentation.
• Flexible Scheduling – Rotating roster of shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
