Job summary

Tweed Valley Hospital, part of Northern NSW Local Health District, is seeking Student Facilitators to join the team. You will support and mentor student nurses and help build a professional link between university students and Local Health District Registered Nurses.

The Nurse Educator unit oversees planning, development, delivery and evaluation of nursing education programs to support evidence-based, person-centred care and to foster a collaborative learning environment.

About the role

Tweed Valley Hospital is seeking Student Facilitators to join the team! In this role you will be supporting and mentoring student nurses and facilitating a professional relationship between the university students (undergraduate nurses) and Local Health District Registered Nurses. The Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of nursing education programs at a facility level to support development of evidence based, person centred nursingcare.
