Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) in Adelaide is seeking a Nurse Consultant to lead clinical projects, translate data into meaningful insights, and strengthen evidence-based practice across CALHN services.

You will provide expert clinical advice, develop standards and processes, drive quality improvement, and build strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and safety.

About the Role

Join CALHN as a Nurse Consultant and use your clinical expertise to shape safer, higher-quality care. You'll lead key projects, turn data into meaningful insights and strengthen evidence-based practice, quality and clinical performance across CALHN.

• Lead clinical projects and quality improvement initiatives
• Analyse health data, incidents and trends to guide decisions

About You

Bring your clinical expertise, leadership and analytical thinking to a role where you can influence quality care across CALHN. To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold current registration as a Nurse with the NMBA
• Hold or work towards a relevant postgraduate qualification
• Bring leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Apply clinical audit, data analysis and quality improvement skills
• Lead change and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams

Appointment will be subject to satisfactory Criminal History Clearances and compliant immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
