Primary Objective: Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator role is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating systems within the service delivery area. Failure to fill the role would have an adverse impact on clinical services. Work collaboratively with remote managers, staff, and other stakeholders to undertake continuous quality improvement of clinical systems including development, implementation and evaluation. The position works to the quality agenda of Population and Primary Health Care and provides a reference point for appropriate clinical and professional advice which affects work processes, services, and client care in a defined practice area. The role provides significant support including clinical systems training, maintain consistency and quality within the electronic health records, and facilitates quality improvement activities and essential in coordination of accreditation.
