Job summary

Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform advanced molecular imaging and theranostic procedures at Flinders Medical Centre, Bedford Park SA. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to clinical learning and research.

The role requires registration, a Medical Radiation degree, and experience in complex imaging.

Qualifications

• Hold an appropriate Medical Radiation degree and required registration
• Demonstrate expertise in complex molecular imaging and theranostic procedures
• Apply strong clinical judgement, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork
• Support quality improvement while guiding technologists, staff and students

Responsibilities

• Perform complex molecular imaging and theranostic procedures using specialised Nuclear Medicine equipment.
• Collaborate with radiographers, Nuclear Medicine Physicians, scientists, nurses and staff to provide coordinated patient care.
• Provide professional direction and support to fellow technologists, new graduates and students.
• Contribute to research and departmental quality assurance programs.
