Life Medical Imaging is an independent, privately owned radiology practice on the Central Coast. We currently have four clinics and are opening two more in Gosford and Woy Woy.
Our new Gosford flagship will bring together PET/CT, photon-counting CT and MRI. For the person joining our nuclear medicine team, it’s an opportunity to work with new equipment and help build a service from the ground up.
You’ll help establish and deliver our new PET/CT service, working alongside radiologists and technologists to provide safe, high-quality care. You’ll contribute to protocols, day-to-day workflows and the development of the service as it grows.
We’d be keen to hear from experienced PET/CT practitioners, as well as nuclear medicine technologists who have a solid clinical foundation and want to develop their PET/CT skills.
- A qualification in nuclear medicine or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration in nuclear medicine technology
- The NSW radiation licences required for the work, or eligibility to obtain them
- PET/CT experience, or a strong interest in developing your skills in this area
- Sound radiation safety practices and a patient-focused approach
- A practical, collaborative way of working in a small team
Gosford is around an hour from Sydney and Newcastle, with the beaches and lifestyle of the Central Coast close by.
