Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an enthusiastic Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the Nuclear Medicine Department at Royal North Shore Hospital, working with a state-of-the-art PET/CT and theranostics service.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in student training and research projects, and contribute to a high‑quality, patient‑centred program in this permanent full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or recognised qualifications in Nuclear Medicine.
• Understanding the role of a nuclear medicine technologist in a busy academic institution.
• Knowledge of the RIS/PACS environment and its use in a Nuclear Medicine Department.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including technologists, physicians, radiologists, nursing and researchers.
• Involvement in student training and supervision as required.
• Participation in research projects related to nuclear medicine and theranostics.
