Job summary

Hunter New England Imaging in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Specialist or dual-qualified Radiologist/Nuclear Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team across a broad imaging network.

You will provide advanced Nuclear Medicine and PET services with opportunities to engage in university teaching and research with the University of Newcastle, supporting education across multiple hospitals and subspecialties.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine, or dual-qualified Radiologist with RANZCR fellowship.
• Credentialing as a PET services provider (JNMCAC) is required.
• Registration with AHPRA and current clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to undergraduate medical education.
• Lead Radiation Science teaching.
• Clinical education and student supervision.
• Multidisciplinary learning across imaging services.
