ZJOOSH in NSW - The Junction is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant who loves fashion and customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional experiences, drive sales, and support daily store operations.

This role requires weekend availability and a passion for styling, with opportunities to grow within a leading Australian fashion and lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• A passion for fashion, homewares, styling, and gifting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
• Weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service through our ZJOOSH Steps of Service.
• Achieving sales targets and supporting key store KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Transactions.
• Building customer relationships and confidently recommending products.
• Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Processing sales, stock, deliveries, and store operations accurately.
• Supporting communication with store leadership and Head Office.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to store sales, KPIs, and daily operations.

• - Delivering outstanding customer service through our ZJOOSH Steps of Service.
