Job summary

INAUTALENT is seeking reliable casual staff to support two luxury retail pop-up events in Sydney's CBD throughout November. Roles cover bump-in/setup, sales floor support, and repack/bump-out, with shifts assigned across multiple phases based on availability.

You must be reliable, punctual, physically able to lift boxes and work in a fast-paced retail environment; prior retail or customer service experience is a bonus, and appropriate footwear and attire are required.

Responsibilities

• Bump-In & Setup: Lift and move boxes and setup space on Nov 2-3.
• Sales: Assist customers on the sales floor during extended hours.
• Repack & Bump-Out: Repack stock and dismantle displays on Nov 7-9.
• Bump-In & Setup: Multiple shifts Nov 10-13 with setup/testing.
• Sales: Assist customers across the week of Nov 16-20.
• Repack: Repack stock on Nov 21-22.

• Dates: Monday 2 – Tuesday 24 November 2026 (rotating roster)
• Pay: $34.76/hour + super (Mon-Fri) | $41.72/hour + super (Sat) | $48.67/hour + super (Sun)

About the role

We're looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to support two back-to-back luxury retail pop-up events in Sydney's CBD throughout November. Roles span bump-in/setup, sales floor support, and repack/bump-out. Shifts may be allocated across one or multiple phases depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

(2-4 Nov) - Bump-In & Setup

• Mon 2 - Tue 3 Nov: Lift and move boxes during bump-in (approx. 5:00-11:00AM), followed by setup of the space (approx. 11:00AM-5:00PM)
• Wed 4 Nov: Setup and testing ahead of sales days

(5-6 Nov) - Sales

• Assist customers on the sales floor across extended trading hours (approx. 7:00AM-8:00PM)
• Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed

(7-9 Nov) - Repack & Bump-Out

• Sat 7 - Sun 8 Nov: Repack stock and pack down the event space
• Mon 9 Nov: move boxes and dismantle displays

(10-13 Nov) - Bump-In & Setup

• Tue 10 Nov: Bump-in (approx. 5:00-11:00AM)
• Wed 11 Nov: Bump-in continues (approx. 5:00-11:00AM), followed by a second shift for setup (approx. 11:30AM-5:00PM)
• Thu 12 - Fri 13 Nov: Setup and testing ahead of sales days

(16-20 Nov) - Sales

• Assist customers on the sales floor across the week
• Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed

(21-22 Nov) - Repack

• Repack stock at the end of the event

• Reliable and punctual; able to commit to selected shifts
