Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable LO (Order Picker) Forklift Operators to join our client's team in Tullamarine. This is a full-time position offering ongoing work in a busy warehouse environment.

You will hold a current LO Forklift Licence and a valid Australian Driver's Licence, with reliable transport and full Australian work rights. A strong commitment to WHS, punctuality and teamwork is essential to succeed.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking LO (Order Picker) Forklift Operators to join our client's team in Tullamarine. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LO Forklift Licence with proven, verifiable operating experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• A strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) and safe work practices.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance with the ability to commit to ongoing full-time hours.
• A current Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport.
• The physical capability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Full Australian work rights, with availability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate LO (Order Pickers)
• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch using RF scanners.
• Complete order picking, stock replenishment, put-aways, and inventory movements.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product standards.
• Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and KPI targets while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Shift Times:

Day Shift: 6AM to 2PM

Afternoon Shift: 2PM to 10PM or 3PM to 11PM
